In addition to your resume and statement of interest, you’ll be invited to share past work in your portfolio that reflects your mastery of key skills required in this role.
These can be redacted as needed.
We’re looking not just for experience, but for evidence of clarity, strategic rigor, and care in execution.
Step 2: Expertise & Strategic Depth Interview
If your materials align, we’ll invite you into a first conversation focused on your approach to complexity, leadership acuity, and role-relevant expertise.
We’ll go deeper into how you think, what you’ve built, and what you might bring into this ecosystem.
Step 3: Live Working Session
If we both greenlight, you’ll join us for a live working session—an opportunity to see how your strengths shine in real-time.
You’ll be asked to engage ambiguity, respond to prompts, and co-build thinking in ways that reflect the rhythm and demands of the actual role.
Step 4: Culture, Questions, and Final Clarity
The final conversation centers culture and context. You’ll have space to ask your questions about how we work, who we are, and what it means to be part of this ecosystem.
