Our founder, Dr. Myosha McAfee, developed the Equitecture® Pedagogy of Courage and Leadership Crucible praxis that transforms with clarity and precision. These proprietary methods have been refined across her 22 years of practice, grounded in her Harvard doctoral research, and proven effective at scale—including enterprise deployments across 15 offices and 8 cities when she was an exec at Google.

These original, field-tested models are what distinguish our work and deliver measurable transformation across sectors.

 She leads each engagement directly, guiding institutions through transformation with a rare blend of strategic clarity, cultural acuity, and soul-deep precision.
